• this payment option consists of 2 bi-weekly payments for 4 weeks

• 50% of the plan s due before the 1st session, remaining 50% before the 2nd session.

• Your first payment serves as a your non-refundable deposit. Failure to complete payments will result in termination of your contract.

• Your 1st payment will be deducted immediately. The next in 2 weeks on the same day and time you started your first payment.

• You will receive a payment reminder via email along with a receipt for your payment plan.
