The course is at your own pace, you can start it whenever you want and take as long as you need! I do recommend not skipping ahead to other modules. Instead, dive into each section one at a time as they are presented for maximum results. There are 7 modules with corresponding videos and worksheets each under 15 min. Very digestible! The average member takes 6 weeks to work through the course, but refer to the marterials for life. ​
